  • Landscaping-recurring lawn maintenance:
    Lawn maintenance of REO property is critical to preserving that curb’s appeal that helps enhance the property value. During the marketing time of the property Cornerstone will meet all municipal compliance requirements to ensure that lawn care is maintained throughout the season
  • Security-board-ups & rekey:
    Securing and protecting your REOs is a priority job for Cornerstone. Upon initial assignment our contractor will inspect the property for vacancy, remove all locks and replace with new locks. Snow Removal:
    As winter season gets near Cornerstone begins working with is clients to keep properties safe from snow accumulation. All sidewalks, walkways, and driveways will be kept cleaned and cleared for passage.
  • Winterization:
    Cornerstone provides critical winterization services to its clients. Our vendors perform a complete inspection of all plumbing and water deposits.
  • De-winterization:
    De-winterization is the reverse process of winterization. This simply means that all disconnected plumbing will now be connected for water to flow back into the property. This reverse effect is usually done shortly after the successful completion of a sales contract or for homebuyer inspections.
  • Debris Removal-Trash-out:
    Cornerstone understands the importance of maintaining a property sanitized and free of debris. A trashed property is a nuisance to the neighborhood that threatens to bring many health related problems such infestation.
  • Sales Clean up:
    Cornerstone offers recurrent maid services. A clean home will attract more prospective buyers to the property during the initial time of marketing.
  • Pool maintenance:
    In most cases a swimming pool in REOs can cause serious hazardous problems if left untreated. Cornerstone works with local experienced contractors that understand the chemical balance and cleaning procedure a swimming pool regularly needs.
